By Nala came to us as a start-up on a mission, needing our help with launching a new range of entirely natural, sustainably produced, environmentally responsible candles, in response to brands using harmful chemicals in their candles.
Brief.
The mother and daughter team tasked us with creating an honest, transparent and premium brand for their start-up business, which needed to appeal to a growing audience of environmentally conscious shoppers.
Delivery.
We developed a clear manifesto, to help them communicate their values to customers. The By Nala logo, brand identity, eco-friendly packaging and e-commerce Squarespace website design were kept deliberately clean with a natural colour palette to reflect the clean natural ingredients and give a calming and luxurious look and feel.
Outcome.
The brand launched successfully with candles stocked in independent shops throughout Lancashire and via the By Nala website
