Language Studies International


Language Studies International (LSI) operate an extensive network of language schools located in cities all over the world.

I worked closely with LSI to re-shape their brand, creating a new look that works consistently across both print and digital formats and within the physical environment of their schools. 

Subtle crafting of the existing LSI logo gave it a new lease of life whilst retaining brand recognition within the language education sector.

A key element of the new identity was the introduction of a tiled pattern which features a mix of vibrant colours and images of students, schools, travel and culture which represent the LSI language learning experience.

The LSI prospectuses, which are translated into a number of different languages, were also completely redesigned with careful consideration given to the order and organisation of information, page layout, imagery, fonts and paper stock. 

Following on from the overhaul of the prospectuses was a redesign of the LSI website, creating a modern, mobile-friendly responsive site that had the same visual impact and positive user experience as the prospectuses.

Students and staff have reacted extremely positively to the new brand identity, which is now being rolled out within LSI schools worldwide in the form of wall and window graphics, signage and wayfinding.
