The Audience Agency was established to provide insight, consultancy, tools and research to support arts and cultural organisations in areas such as audience development, marketing and communications, business planning.

The vibrant brand identity uses simplified icons of people as a representation of audiences and data. The range of colours applied to the icons reflects the diversity of people who make up an audience.

A set of brand guidelines was developed as well as promotional materials used to launch the new brand.
