I recently completed a brand identity and stationery suite for a local health and safety advisor based in Chorley, Lancashire.
When it comes to health and safety, Safety Matters don't point the finger or make life difficult for businesses but rather work with them in a friendly and approachable manner, simplifying complex legislation in order to help their clients rest assured that they are operating within the law.
These key values have been communicated within the design of the logo, using a typeface with soft, curved edges and a soft green colour to convey the friendly nature of the service.
The row of ticks that sit under the company name not only create a chevron pattern associated with health and safety signage but also work to combat the negative attitude common amongst businesses when it comes to health and safety.
It's early days for Safety Matters but following positive feedback on the new look, I'm looking forward to working with them on future projects as the business grows.
